ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS

  • What do I do if I damage an outfit?
    Please avoid cleaning and trying to fix the outfit yourself. Simply send us a DM and we can discuss the situation. If the damage is minor, there will be a small repairs fee. If the outfit is fully damaged, you are required to pay the full RRP. We do understand wear and tear but if repairs are needed, you will be required to pay.
  • Can I bring a friend with me to my try-on?
    Yes of course! We are more than happy for you to bring a friend along, as long as you let us know. Please limit additional guests to 1 per person.
  • How do I secure an outfit?
    To secure an outfit, a full payment must be placed. Payments can be made at try-on appointments via cash/card or through our website when pre booking an outfit. We highly recommend planning/paying in advance to ensure your outfit is available for your desired date.
  • When do I return my outfit?
    All garments are to be returned by Monday afternoon 5pm for weekend hires. Weekday hires must be returned the following day. If these times don't suit you, feel free to send us a DM on instagram and we can arrange something for you. Interstate rentals must be shipped back the day after your scheduled event and a tracking number must be send to us via DM that day. We do charge a late fee of $10 per day, so please try and stick to these return period times.
  • Do you offer try-ons?
    Yes, we offer free try-on appointments, which we highly recommend so you can try on multiple items to find the perfect garment for you. All try-on slots are a standard 30 minutes. If you think you will require more time, please book 2/more slots.
  • Can I book an outfit for more than one day?
    Yes, this can be arranged but the hire price will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Can I cancel my appointment?
    Yes, try-on appointments can be cancelled and we do not charge a cancellation fee. As soon as you know you cannot attend your booked slot, please contact us, as last minute cancellations can throw the day out. We require at least 1 hour notice on cancellations, but we do understand emergencies and will consider this.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located NOR in Bayswater. The full address will be sent to you once your try-on or pickup appointment has been booked.
  • Do you offer Australian Wide Postage?
    Yes, we do! More information regarding this can be found under the Shipping and Returns Tab.
  • Do I clean my garment before returning it?
    No, we clean all garments ourselves or include dry cleaning fees into the hire fee for garments that require dry-cleaning.
